Earned my Doctor of Pharmacy degree, building a deep foundation in pharmacology, patient care, and clinical therapeutics. Discovered my passion for translating complex science into actionable health guidance.
Founded Live Smart Pharmacy
Built Live Smart Pharmacy from the ground up — a community-focused pharmacy centered on personalized care, health education, and making wellness accessible. Learned what it truly means to serve patients beyond the prescription counter.
Seeing the Problem Firsthand
Working in healthcare, I watched doctors routinely prescribe medications for conditions that lifestyle changes could address. High blood pressure, pre-diabetes, chronic pain — pills were the default, not the last resort. I knew there had to be a better way.
Dr Q Lifespan
Launched the Dr Q Lifespan brand with a clear purpose: help people who are currently on medication use lifestyle modifications to decrease their pill burden and increase their lifespan. Sharing evidence-based strategies for nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management with a growing global community.
